金融申訴案件 保險業占55%

財團法人金融消費評議中心（評議中心）今年1月正式運作。評議中心昨天揭露今年上半年，共收受6070件申訴案、評議案及諮詢案，其中保險業案件總量占比最高，共達3364件，比率為55%。
