海外消費刷卡 最高可省1.6%

因應國人出國旅遊或出差的需求日增，不少銀行信用卡的現金回饋功能，會針對海外刷卡金額提高回饋比率，以刺激消費者出國多使用信用卡，而非使用現金，最高可達1.6%。
