手機刷卡逾3千元 將須驗證身分

【經濟日報／記者邱金蘭／台北報導】

因應行動支付趨勢，銀行公會研擬手機信用卡業務安全控管機制草案，初步規劃未來透過手機刷卡金額只要超過新台幣3,000元時，就必須進行身分驗證，才能完成交易，以確保全安性。
